Baby Name Letters
So excited for you to see some of the other baby name blocks! I hung Wyatt's name on his door & he absolutely loves it!  

The most recent name, Juliet, was made for friends of ours who just had a baby girl!  The blocks are such a wonderful, personalized gift.  We can't wait to meet baby Juliet!

I was able to "upcycle" a photo tray I found at a thrift store for under $10!  I printed four, 4 x 6 photos that I knew my mom would love.  The tray was in such great condition I didn't have to do a single thing to it!  It really is true, one person's junk is another person's treasure!  



My hubby picked out this beautiful Gerber Daisy plant for his mom.  Instead of bringing it over in just the plastic container, we used what we thought was a ceramic pot.  Turns out the "planter" was really an old crockpot!  What a cool idea.  We literally stumbled across this.  What a great idea to upcycle an old crockpot you no longer use or one you can find at the thrift store or a garage sale!  LOVE this!

Wedding Anniversary Gift

My sister & her husband just celebrated their 1st year of marriage.  I wanted to make them something special and immediately thought of a project I had pinned on Pinterest.  I found the frame at a thrift store for under $10.  I wanted to the vinyl lettering to be navy & yellow, their wedding colors.  I used brown paper (found a roll of it at the $ Store) to cover the inside of the back cover (the part you would see through the glass of the frame).  I then put the vinyl lettering on & added the dry erase marker and holder to the side.  The frame stands up nicely.  It does not have any hooks on the back for hanging so my sis and I discussed adding ribbon so it could hang from the wall.  If she decides she wants to do that I will be sure to update the picture below.  

They can leave each other little notes each day!  They work opposite shifts so I am hoping that they find this useful, fun, and sweet.  Nothing is ever handwritten anymore and to know your significant other took the time to leave you a special note is priceless. :)
